The meeting will be held in the main auditorium of the Natcher Conference Center (Building 45) on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Campus in Bethesda, Maryland. Participants can get to the Natcher Conference Center by taking the Bethesda Metro Red Line (from the Hyatt Regency Bethesda) to the Medical Center Metro Station (one stop). Exit the Medical Center Metro Station, and the Natcher Conference Center is a short walk across the NIH campus.

When driving to NIH, plan extra time to get through the security checkpoints at the visitor entrances to campus. Be aware that visitor parking lots on the NIH campus can fill up quickly. Hence, the use of public transportation is strongly encouraged. The Washington, DC Metro-Rail system has a station right on the NIH campus, called "Medical Center", which can be accessed by using the Red Line train.

A block of sleeping rooms for conference participants have been secured at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda for the nights of April 14th and 15th at the prevailing government per diem rate currently $226 per night (excluding applicable taxes).

The cut-off date for reservations is March 14, 2010. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates and may be significantly higher in cost.
Using the Metro
The Metro system is clean and reliable. It operates from 5:00am to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Thursday; 5:00am to 3:00am on Friday; 7:00am to 3:00am on Saturday; and 7:00am to 12:00 midnight on Sunday. Each passenger must buy a farecard to travel in the system. Guides for purchasing farecards are posted on the vending machines in each station. Each Metro car features a complete color-coded map. Station attendants on duty at each station can provide additional information on request.
