This year’s conference will be held at the Bethesda North Marriott in the Grand Ballroom (plenary session) located on the lobby level of the hotel. There is no fee to attend. All attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging costs.

A block of sleeping rooms for conference participants have been secured at the Bethesda North Marriott for the nights of March 18th and 19th at the prevailing government per diem rate (currently $224 per night, excluding applicable taxes).
