This year’s conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda in the Crystal Ballroom (plenary session) located on the lower level of the hotel. There is no fee to attend. All attendees are responsible for their own travel and lodging costs.

A block of sleeping rooms for conference participants have been secured at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda for the nights of March 14th and 15th at the prevailing government per diem rate (currently $226 per night, excluding applicable taxes).

The cut-off date for reservations is February 15, 2010. Reservation requests received after this date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates and may be significantly higher in cost.
