1.	What time does the meeting start and end? Pre-registration will be held on Monday, August 4, 2008 from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. The meeting will begin at 8:00am on Tuesday, August 5th and will end at approximately 12 noon on Thursday, August 7th. See the agenda for more details.

7.	Will Continuing Education Credits be offered? Continuing Education will not be offered.
8.	What should I wear to the conference? Casual attire is recommended for the conference. The temperature is difficult to regulate in the meeting rooms and participants are encourages to bring a sweater or light jacket.
