Exhibitors

Being an exhibitor is an opportunity to discuss your products and services with over 200 people involved in data-related work in the Indian health system. The conference has the advantage to exhibitors of being a two-day conference in one, compact site, with exhibitor booths by high volume traffic areas.

Native and American Indian arts and crafts traders can also apply and attend as exhibitors.

*As a corporate exhibitor, some of your registration fee will be used to sponsor breaks, for which you will receive acknowledgement during the respective break.

Selection

The final selection of exhibitors will be made by the Conference Organizing Committee. Exhibitors must describe how their products and services address the conference objectives and are relevant and of interest to the attendees from IHS, Tribal and Urban programs (I/T/U). The criteria include:

Application

Exhibitor Applications must be received by December 7 , 2007. Exhibit space is limited. The Conference Organizing Committee will decide on which exhibitors to accept by December 10, 2007. Upon acceptance of the application, exhibitors will be registered to the conference, for which they will receive an automatic confirmation via email. The above fee includes registration to the conference.
 
Booth Set-up

Exhibitor space includes the use of an assigned booth area, supplied with a 6-foot table and two chairs. If you use your own exhibit, please ensure that it fits within a 7’ x 7’ area. Should you need additional space, additional tables, or do not need a table, please indicate your requirements on the registration form. Additional charges may apply depending on the amount of additional space you require. Additional charges from the hotel will apply for electrical hook-ups.
 
No raffles are allowed. All ‘mementos’ given to participants must be under $20.00 value per person. Audio should be kept to a minimum and should be turned off during the concurrent sessions.

Exhibitor set-up times are between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Exhibits should be removed after 5:00 p.m. There is no exhibiting on Thursday, December 20, 2007.

Shipping

If you need to ship any packages, please make sure to send your packages to arrive no earlier than three days prior to your arrival. Ship all packages with attention to your name to:
