Chief Judge Michael R. Fleming and the Members of the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences cordially invite you to participate in the Board’s First Annual Conference. The Board has put together a comprehensive conference, providing insight and analysis, from filing an appeal brief, through the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s view on the role of the Board in the development and advancement of the patent system.
