| Being a sponsor gives you access to multidisciplinary health care professionals from over 400 grant programs from across the country. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to address potential customers interested in learning about new medications, technology and education materials.
Native and American Indian arts and crafts traders can also apply and attend as exhibitors.

$500.00 (Friday, November 14, 2008; 8:30am – 4:00pm)
All applications must include a complete description of products, services or information to be displayed. Applications will not be processed without this information. The information provided may be used in the conference program guide and other marketing initiatives.
Sponsorship Applications must be received by October 31, 2008. Exhibit space is limited. Upon receipt of application, sponsors will receive confirmation via email.
Exhibiting space includes the use of an assigned booth area, supplied with a 6-foot table and two chairs. If you use your own exhibit, please ensure that it fits within a 7’ x 7’ area. Should you need additional space, additional tables, or do not need a table, please indicate your requirements on the registration form. Additional charges may apply depending on the amount of additional space you require. Additional charges from the hotel will apply for electrical hook-ups.
No raffles are allowed. All ‘mementos’ given to participants must be under $20.00 value per person. Audio should be kept to a minimum and should be turned off during the concurrent sessions.
Exhibit set-up times are between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 13th and 7:30-9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14th. Exhibits should be removed after 5:00 p.m.
